I am a PhD researcher working primarily in computational drug discovery and network pharmacology, with a disease-focused interest in neurodegenerative and neurological disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and neuropathic pain. My research integrates structure-based and systems-level approaches to understand disease mechanisms and identify therapeutic candidates. My core expertise includes network pharmacology, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and MM-GBSA, with a strong emphasis on biological interpretation rather than purely algorithmic outcomes. I also use machine learning as a supportive tool within CADD and genomics-driven workflows, focusing on simple, interpretable models where they meaningfully aid prioritization and hypothesis generation. I consciously avoid treating AI as an end in itself. My work frequently involves natural products and multi-target strategies, aiming to bridge molecular interactions, biological pathways, and translational relevance in complex neurological diseases. Research Interests: • Computational drug discovery (CADD) • Network pharmacology & systems biology • Neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s) • Neuropathic pain • Natural product-based therapeutics • ML-assisted chemoinformatics (supportive)
