3. User Registration and Accounts

• You must register for an account to access certain features of the Platform
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Obligations and Conduct

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

5. Product Listings and Transactions

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and descriptions
• All pharmaceutical products must comply with relevant regulatory requirements
• PharmaCountry does not manufacture, sell, or distribute any products directly
• Transactions are conducted between buyers and sellers; PharmaCountry acts as a facilitator
• Sellers must honor the prices and terms stated in their listings
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for fulfilling their contractual obligations
• When you post a Buy or Need-service request, you agree that your contact details may be shared with verified suppliers who unlock that request using credits

6. Fees and Payments

• Certain features and services may require payment of fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with notice
• Payment processing is handled by PayPal; PharmaCountry does not collect or store your card or bank account details
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Platform

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PharmaCountry or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmaCountry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's operation, availability, or the information, content, or materials included on the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PharmaCountry, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties
• PharmaCountry may provide dispute resolution assistance but is not obligated to do so
• Any disputes with PharmaCountry shall be governed by applicable law
• You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
