Accumold® is a high-tech manufacturer of precision micro, small and lead-frame injection-molded plastic components, ranging in size from 5cm with micro features down to parts smaller than 1mm with tolerances measured in microns. Processes include insert molding, overmolding, leadframe molding, two-shot molding and custom automated manufacturing cells, using materials such as PEEK, Ultem, LCP and other engineered thermoplastics, serving markets including medical, electronics, micro-optics and other emerging technologies.
