Vers-A-Tech (Versatile Aseptic Technology) is a semi-automatic or fully automatic modular platform made up of machines that work together to process bags and nested containers. Launched by BAUSCH Advanced Technology Group as a first-of-its-kind system to speed up cell and gene therapy manufacturing, it features modular platform technology, automatic robotic processing, an isolator and/or laminar-flow lyophilization transfer chamber, a restricted access barrier system (RABS), and a Puv-A-Tech decontamination transfer chamber achieving up to a 6-log reduction.
