HK inno.N Corporation sell "Tegoprazan"

Tegoprazan is a novel, patented potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that addresses limitations found in traditional proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and rival P-CABs. Its advantages have been shown through Phase 3 trials in Korea and a Phase 1 trial in the US, leading to MFDS approval in 2019 across four indications: erosive reflux disease (ERD), non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (NERD), gastric ulcer (GU), and Helicobacter pylori eradication. Beyond South Korea, it has gained approval in China, Mongolia, and the Philippines, among the 34 countries where HK inno.N has out-licensed it, and the company is actively seeking partners to develop Tegoprazan in unpartnered territories.
