STERIFILL is a linear ampoule filling and sealing machine designed by IMA Life, a recognized leader in aseptic processing, capable of handling both open and closed ampoules. Ampoules are filled with a precise liquid volume, producing ready-to-inject, 100% tamper-proof solutions. Four models in the Sterifill series address varying output needs, and each can also be supplied as a Sterifill Combi to process both ampoules and vials through a configuration change. The dosing system accommodates piston or peristaltic pumps to dispense the fill volume per recipe, while nozzles fill the ampoules as a comb gently moves them by the body to prevent breakage.
