- Solubility: OPTISHARP® natural zeaxanthin is oil-soluble and supplied as a fat-soluble beadlet/oil suspension, insoluble in water, for direct incorporation into oil-based or emulsified colour and dispersion systems.
- Moisture Content: Moisture content of the beadlet formulation is controlled to ≤6% w/w to protect the labile carotenoid structure from hydrolytic and oxidative degradation during storage.
