Operated hydraulically or mechanically, this device lifts and tips FBD bowls loaded with dried granules, smoothly transferring their contents to granulating equipment and onward to a bin or IPC container, providing completely dust-free operation and eliminating manual scooping. Built in SS 304 for a GMP finish, it features an SS lift yoke with an integral gearbox for rotating the discharge cone and container, SS discharge cone clamps for secure, easy clamping, a watertight SS control cabinet, an integrated hydraulic power pack, and a butterfly valve on the SS discharge cone, all conforming to current GMP standards.
