The HVHD series is a multistage vacuum system engineered to deliver high displacement under high vacuum for demanding pharma and chemical applications, pairing an ARYA-series dry scroll vacuum pump with BR-series twin-lobe vacuum boosters. It works via two interleaving scrolls (Archimedean or hybrid curve geometry), where one scroll stays fixed while the other orbits eccentrically without rotating, trapping and progressively compressing pockets of gas between the scrolls before moving compressed gas toward the center for exhaust. The fully automatic system includes pneumatic valves and a control panel with flow switch, oil-level and temperature sensors, warning lights and horns for rapid damage control and safety, plus automatic shutdown to reduce breakdown risk.
