Bifimmun® is a synbiotic food supplement for immune support, combining three strains (B. lactis BS01, L. plantarum LP02, L. rhamnosus LR04) with the prebiotic fiber FOS. In a clinical trial of 471 adults, Bifimmun significantly reduced the prevalence, severity, and duration of respiratory tract infections and flu-like illness, including influenza. Its strains also reinforce the gut lining, counter pathogens, and activate immune defenses while limiting inflammation.
