Bifiasthm® is a probiotic formulated for children with asthma to help prevent asthmatic episodes and support balanced immune reactivity. It combines the strains B. breve B632 and L. salivarius LS01, chosen for their immunomodulatory activity in allergic asthma. A placebo-controlled trial of 500 asthmatic children, pending publication in 2020, found that Bifiasthm significantly reduced asthma episodes.
