CIP/SIP MODULE

The CIP/SIP Module, sold under the Hexin Pharmaceutical brand and manufactured directly by Ningbo Hexin Pharmaceutical Equipments Co., Ltd, is a centralized cleaning-and-sterilization-in-place system built around an injection water tank, CIP tank, double tube-sheet heat exchanger, delivery and return pumps, and PLC touch-screen control with conductivity and temperature monitoring. It supports biopharmaceutical operations such as culture medium preparation, fermentation, harvesting, ultrafiltration, and purification, as well as aseptic preparation and sterile bulk drug production, improving process traceability and equipment validation while reducing production risk. It is distributed across Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa.
