Abemaciclib

Abemaciclib (CAS 1231929-97-7, polymorphic Form III) is a pipeline oncology API under development by Polpharma, with samples expected in Q1 2025 at containment level OEB 4. It is a kinase inhibitor used, in combination with aromatase inhibitors or fulvestrant, to treat hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, including advanced and early-stage disease. Polpharma notes the product is intended only for regulatory submission or R&D purposes and is not offered in markets where it remains under patent protection; it is otherwise available across North America, Central/South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, and Asia.
