Nelpe B. Kim is the Founder and President of 1Click Management Consultancy Services, a small business established in March 2022 that specializes in regulatory affairs, food safety, healthcare compliance, and management consultancy. Her professional interests include food science, pharmacovigilance, regulatory compliance, public health, and the advancement of industry standards in the Philippines. Since 2022, Ms. Kim has also served as a Pharmacovigilance Officer, overseeing the monitoring and reporting of adverse drug reactions and ensuring compliance with post-market surveillance regulations. Her work reflects a strong commitment to patient safety, public health, and regulatory integrity. Prior to her current roles, she served as an Accredited Liaison Officer under the Consultancy Category of Accreditation with the Bureau of Immigration. She is likewise certified as a Qualified Person in Industry Regulatory Affairs (QPIRA) by the Center for Food, Cosmetics, Medical Devices and Drugs Regulation and Research, with certification active from 2019 to the present. Ms. Kim is currently completing her Master of Science in Food Science at Philippine Women’s University. She completed all academic requirements and passed the comprehensive examination in November 2022 and is presently working on her thesis, with expected graduation in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Arellano University in 2013, graduating with honors and receiving recognition for her participation in culinary and hospitality seminars. She also pursued studies in Medical Laboratory Science at Manila Adventist College before temporarily pausing her studies to focus on her growing professional responsibilities.
