CHANGCHUN LIU received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in automation from Shandong Industrial University (now merged into Shandong University), Jinan, China, in 1982 and 1987, respectively. Since 2000, he has been a Professor in Biomedical Engineering with the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University. His research interests include novel solutions for noninvasive detection of cardiovascular function, biomedical signal processing, biomedical measurements and devices, and physiological system modeling.
