Islam A. A. Mohammed received the B.S. degree in biomedical engineering from the Higher Technological Institute, 10th of Ramadan City, El-Sharqia, Egypt. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in biomedical engineering at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Mansoura University, Mansoura 35516, Egypt. Since 2017, he has been serving as a Teaching Assistant at the Higher Technological Institute, 10th of Ramadan City, El-Sharqia, Egypt. His research interests include the application of machine learning and deep learning algorithms in biomedical fields such as digital signal processing, digital image processing, computer vision, and bioinformatics, as well as their integration with embedded systems. He is also involved in applying artificial intelligence techniques to data science and industrial applications, aiming to enhance diagnostic accuracy, treatment effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall decision-making in healthcare and engineering domains.
