Hasnain Ali is an M.Phil. graduate in Mathematics from the Abdus Salam School of Mathematical Sciences, Government College University Lahore, Pakistan. He previously obtained his B.S. in Mathematics from COMSATS University Islamabad (Lahore Campus), graduating with a strong academic record. His research interests lie at the intersection of applied mathematics and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on graph neural networks, molecular representation learning, and computational drug discovery. His recent work explores optimization strategies in message passing neural networks for molecular property prediction, contributing to the development of robust and efficient learning frameworks. Hasnain has published research in Computational Biology and Chemistry, where he conducted a comprehensive analysis of optimizers in molecular graph-based models. His current research direction focuses on integrating graph-based embeddings with generative models for multi-objective molecular design, including applications in drug discovery and bioinformatics. He aims to pursue doctoral research in artificial intelligence for biomedical applications, with an emphasis on interpretable and efficient generative models for molecular design.
