I have completed High School at Colégio Cândido Portinari (Salvador, Bahia, Brazil). Graduated in Biomedical Sciences by the Ribeirão Preto Medical School (FMRP-USP) in 2020. I am mainly interested in neuroscience, pharmacology, cancer, and immunology. I have advanced English proficiency, provided by Cambridge English and TOEFL exams. I was a monitor at the Department of Pharmacology at FMRP-USP in 2020. I developed a Scientific Initiation project entitled "Assessment of the behavioral effects induced by HU-502, a synthetic cannabidiol analog", with a scholarship granted by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) (2019-2020). I have a Master's degree from the Department of Pharmacology at FMRP-USP, where I developed the project entitled "Study of the reopening of the sensitive period of susceptibility to stress through perineuronal nets degradation" funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). From October 2022 to April 2023, I did part of my master's at the Icahn Medical School of Mount Sinai, New York, with a scholarship granted by FAPESP. I also worked as a Scientific Neuroscience Consultant for RZX technology from December 2023 to August 2024. Currently, I am a PhD student at the Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida, with my research being conducted at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, under the supervision of Dr Inna Smalley.
