Ali Hassan Kaleem is a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) graduate currently serving as an Oncology Pharmacist at Dr. Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital, Islamabad, Pakistan. He works within a dedicated oncology inpatient ward, providing clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing chemotherapy for hematologic and solid malignancies including Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Breast Cancer. His professional interests encompass clinical pharmacy practice, pharmacovigilance, chemotherapy safety monitoring, adverse drug reaction documentation, and cancer supportive care. He is actively engaged in pharmacovigilance documentation and chemotherapy order review as part of his daily clinical responsibilities, contributing directly to patient safety in a resource-limited oncology setting. Mr. Kaleem is currently conducting prospective research on the pattern, severity, and preventability of chemotherapy-induced adverse drug reactions at his institution a study aimed at generating original pharmacovigilance data from Pakistan and contributing to the global oncology pharmacy literature. His work addresses a critical evidence gap in low- and middle-income countries regarding the clinical pharmacist's role in oncology stewardship. He is committed to advancing oncology pharmacy practice in Pakistan through evidence-based research, international publication, and multidisciplinary collaboration
