Job Description
1. 负责区域内器械及耗材产品的市场开发与客户维护，完成销售指标； 2. 深度挖掘客户需求，提供专业化产品解决方案，推动业务持续增长； 3. 建立并维护区域经销商网络，优化渠道合作效能； 4. 跟踪市场动态、主要竞争对手与竞品信息，及时调整销售策略； 5. 协同内部团队完成招投标、合同签订及对账、回款工作； 6. 拓展与参与区域内SPD项目。 1. 本科及以上学历，医学、市场营销等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上医疗器械或耗材销售经验，熟悉区域市场者优先； 3. 具备优秀的客户开发与商务谈判能力； 4. 具备较强的市场洞察力与目标管理意识； 5. 能适应出差，抗压能力强。
