Job Description
工作职责:
1、负责分子生物学相关实验操作，包括载体设计与构建，完成PCR扩增、酶切连接、转化筛选等常规分子克隆实验、基因组DNA及RNA提取、RT-qPCR等核酸实验；确保实验流程的准确性与高效；
2、负责细胞生物学相关实验操作，各类细胞培养、转染、药筛等；并认真记录；
3、负责动物学相关实验操作，各种组织器官采集、腹腔注射、采血和尾静脉注射技术等；
4、完成上级领导交代得其他事项。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，生物学、医学、动物学等相关专业背景；欢迎优秀应届毕业生投递；
2、熟练掌握分子生物学、细胞生物学、动物学等实验技术之一，能独立完成常规实验，熟练动物学实验者优先，好学者优先，动手能力强者优先，其余技能入职后进行培养；
3、具备良好的实验数据管理能力，能规范记录实验过程并整理分析结果；
4、工作认真负责，积极主动，具有良好的团队协作精神和责任意识；
5、具备良好的沟通表达能力，能清晰准确地传达技术问题和解决方案。

Was founded by chief scientist Wu Guangming, who worked on embryonic development and genetics at leading American and German research institutions from 1995 and returned to China in 2021. Specialises in fast and customised creation of genetically modified mouse models with model generation in as little as two months, and took first place in Guangdong province and in Guangzhou in the biomedicine startup group of the 2022 China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
