Job Description
岗位职责：
1.负责公司特殊功能化妆品（如防脱、祛斑、美白等） 的线上全渠道营销战略制定与执行，聚焦天猫、抖音、小红书、淘宝等核心阵地。
2.主导线上渠道拓展，包括KOL/KOC矩阵搭建以及医美机构/连锁药店等专业渠道的线上合作。
3.深度监测美妆护肤趋势、竞品动向及消费者痛点，快速响应，引领市场话题。
4.基于产品功效与成分，制定强效、精准的差异化营销方案，负责该产品线营销预算的规划与投放，紧密追踪ROI及爆款成功率。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，市场营销、化妆品科学等相关专业优先。
2.5年以上功效性护肤品/药妆品牌线上营销经验，有成功操盘祛斑、美白、防脱等类别爆款产品的完整经验者优先。
3.精通抖音、小红书的流量玩法、内容生态与推广策略，具备极强的爆款打造与流量转化能力。
4.对市场趋势敏感，具备出色的创意策划和数据驱动决策能力。
