Job Description
岗位职责：
1.公司内部以及外部订单产品制备；
①5000OD以上生产订单制备；
②CRO药企订单克级产品制备。
2.寡核苷酸制备工艺开发与优化；
①OP100合成仪相关产线工艺继续优化，保证产品质量并且持续降低生产成本；
②OP2000合成仪相关产线工艺开发及继续优化，包括大规模仪器Op2000合成仪、层析系统、超滤系统的工艺开发与优化。
3. CMC相关研究工作；
①工艺参数大量筛选，包括合成、纯化、超滤等工艺过程；
②小试工艺确证以及工艺线性放大，也包括合成、纯化、超滤等工艺放大过程；
③大量杂质制备，包括AS链、S链、API等；
④毒理批、注册批、临床批寡核苷酸样品制备。
任职要求：
①硕士及以上，化学相关专业，对基本化学反应及机理熟悉；
②能独立设计实验，并可查阅相关文献解决问题；
③对CMC研发过程熟悉，能独立完成相关方案设计，并收集申报数据，保证合规性。
相关经验：有寡核苷酸药物相关制备经验，包括固相合成、层析系统纯化、超滤冻干等相关工作经验。
