Job Description
岗位职责：
1.负责需求预测、智能补货、库存优化、采购计划等核心算法研发与落地，提升供应链周转效率、降低成本与损耗。
2.负责商城个性化推荐、搜索排序、用户画像、营销精准触达、商品定价 / 促销优化等算法设计，提升转化率、复购率与 GMV。
3.基于业务数据（订单、库存、用户、门店、物流、食材损耗等）构建特征体系，完成模型训练、评估、上线，持续迭代优化效果。
4.与产品、研发团队深度协作，将算法方案转化为可落地系统，解决实际业务痛点（如缺货、积压、履约慢、转化低等）。
5.跟踪业界前沿算法（时序预测、优化算法、推荐 / 排序、机器学习 / 深度学习），沉淀公司算法组件与***实践。
任职要求：
1.公办院校统招全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学、运筹学、人工智能等相关专业，3年及以上算法研发经验优先。
2.扎实的算法基础，熟练掌握时序预测、整数规划 / 启发式运筹优化、协同过滤 & 深度推荐、搜索排序中至少一个方向，具备对应场景建模落地经验。
3.熟练使用 Python，熟悉 TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn，熟悉 SQL 数据提取与分析。
4.有供应链（预测 / 库存 / 补货 / 路径） 或电商（推荐 / 搜索 / 营销 / 定价） 算法落地经验优先。
