Thai private university at Muang Ake in Pathum Thani near Bangkok, founded in 1986 and among the largest private universities in the country. Its College of Pharmacy teaches the Doctor of Pharmacy in pharmaceutical care and in industrial pharmacy with graduate programmes, and the university also runs colleges of medicine, dentistry, nursing, oriental medicine and biomedical sciences with its own teaching hospital, carrying out research in drug analysis, herbal medicines, cosmetics and clinical pharmacy.
