Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University

Egyptian faculty of pharmacy of Ain Shams University in Abbassia, Cairo, founded in 1950 and one of the country's older pharmacy schools. Teaches the bachelor of pharmacy and clinical pharmacy programmes with master's and doctoral degrees, through departments of pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy, pharmacology and toxicology, microbiology and immunology and biochemistry, and runs its own teaching and research laboratories with drug analysis and quality control services and pharmacy practice training in Egyptian hospitals.
